Tie Guan Yin Tea

Our signature range of Tie Guan Yin Oolong tea, sometimes translated as “Iron Buddha Tea”, has been sourced from farmers in Wan Ling’s native Anxi county, Fujian province.

We offer everything from a lighter, highly aromatic jade variety (lighter oxidisation with minimal bake) to a more traditional, darker tea (higher oxidisation and longer bakes). All from from the highest peaks in Anxi.

All our Tie Guan Yin teas have been selected to showcase the complexity of flavour and aroma for which it has become famed, yet each individual tea possesses its own unique flavour profile too.
